About this apartment rental
Welcome to our cozy 63 m² duplex vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz! Modern and stylishly furnished, the apartment can accommodate 2 to 6 people, including one toddler up to 3 years old. This makes it the perfect place to stay for your Baltic Sea vacation. In just a few minutes, you can reach the center of the Baltic Sea resort as well as the pier. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
All windows in the vacation apartment are equipped with pleated blinds, which not only provide privacy and sun protection but also create a pleasant atmosphere.
For your comfort, we provide bed linens and towels at no additional cost.
Are you traveling with a toddler? No problem! We’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge so that even our youngest guests feel completely at home.
Our vacation rental is also equipped with a DSL Internet connection, and you can make free calls to German landlines.
Zinnowitz, Villa Apropos-Zinnowitz, 4th Floor:
The living room features a cozy, spacious seating area with a state-of-the-art sleep function that can be converted into a double bed with a cold-foam mattress in just a few simple steps, a modern cabinet set with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and CD radio, as well as a dining area with an extendable dining table and 6 chairs.
The bedroom is located in the attic and is accessible via a space-saving staircase. Here you’ll find a large double bed with a 1.80 m wide sleeping surface, as well as a spacious dresser.
The second, slightly smaller bedroom—featuring a beautiful triangular window—is furnished with two daybeds, each with a 0.90 m wide sleeping surface, a large wardrobe, and two nightstands.
Another LCD TV can also be used to “drift off to sleep.”
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. A built-in bar counter with 2 bar stools offers the perfect spot for a cozy drink.
From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony (complete with a set of balcony furniture)—an ideal spot to relax, enjoy breakfast in the sunshine, or have a glass of wine in the evening.
Zinnowitz is the perfect place for a great vacation, consisting of a mix of adventure and relaxation. Look forward to long sandy beaches that are perfect for wonderful walks. The forest right next to the beach is just as perfect for long walks. The promenade has its own charm with its many small shops and shopping options. Pick up some small souvenirs for the whole family.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
