-Strict sound ordinance - per City of Palm Desert STR Program and Palm Desert Resorter HOA
-25 year age minimum for booking
-NO garage access (driveway parking only)
-NO pets allowed
-NO smoking on property whatsoever
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through Airbnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed through Guesty guest portal
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
-Transponders not provided front gate entry only
-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was two couples, and there was plenty of space for us to be comfortable. The unit was just as described in the listing. The pool was a nice way to cool down after a hot day.
