Horse Policy:
$100 horse fee (per horse) Maximum of 2 unless previously agreed.
Horses are not allowed inside any structures or on the deck
Horses must be well-trained and not pose risk of harm to people, themselves, other animals or property.
Dog Exploration: We love hosting pups! Our cabin sits on a fenced acre backing up to an access gate to BLM land with plenty of trails and space.
$50 pet fee (per dog) for extra cleaning and wear. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed unless agreed in advance.
Dogs are not directly allowed on furniture or beds. We know it’s not going to get trained out of them if they’re already used to being cozy with their people ;) In this case, we kindly ask that you use the provided dog covers on the couches and beds.
Dogs must not be left unattended for prolonged periods of time. We provide a dog kennel for your use if you need to run out or go on an adventure that does not allow dogs. We want them to be as comfortable as possible!

Fire is a big risk in the area, so be extremely careful with any flames. Use the outdoor propane fire pit and propane grill responsibly and never leave fire unattended, inside or out.
Outdoor natural wood fire ring is only permitted when snow is on the ground - confirm with host before taking action.
Ensure all cigarette butts are washed off with water and disposed of in the designated trash receptacles.
*** Absolutely no smoking in any undesignated areas within the premises, a $500-$1000 charge will be applied based on damage if this is not followed. The only approved location to smoke is on the gravel part of the looped/pull-through driveway.

Love the cabin and its location. The hot tub was nice to have. We sat in it one night when it was snowing a little. The host checked in during the stay to make sure everything was ok. We discovered there was an issue with the coffee maker the night we checked in but the host sent a handyman to take a look at it the next morning. We had the handyman just get us extra pods for the Nespresso machine from the supply storage instead of running around to find a replacement coffee maker. The detached guest house is a nice addition for larger groups, especially if there are littles or people who like/need quiet time. The second bathroom and third sleeping area is in the guest house. We didn’t have any dogs with us but saw the supplies the listing mentioned were available (blankets for the couch, fencing, etc). Well stocked in dishes and appliances (some are in the cupboards instead of taking up counter space and there is no dishwasher). Ground coffee, Nespresso pods and multiple coffee add-ins were also available. Loved the snack basket! We didn’t explore the BLM land behind the house but had some bunny visitors from it the morning we left.

Beautiful log cabin style home with 2nd separate bedroom and bathroom behind cabin, property backs up to BLM range land and is fully fenced, perfect for dogs and or horses. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliance's you would need. The covered back patio with table and chairs is nice and the fire pit/station was a nice touch.

Husband and I enjoyed the cozy cabin, hot tub, outdoor eating areas, and BLM land with trails! Sunriver / shopping and hiking trails all nearby. Host responded quickly. There are two separate cabins on the property. A peaceful getaway.
