This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located in the famous Terra Verde Resort, which is a gated vacation home community. It’s located 15 - 20 minutes from Disney and Sea World, as well as 25 minutes from Universal. This home has a sun lounge area accompanied by a lake view.
This incredible Luxury community in Terra Verde offers a staffed clubhouse with concierge, pool, hot tub, tiki bar, business center, movie theater, game room, sauna, gym, tennis and volleyball court, and more!
Please check-in at the front desk after accessing security so that you can be issued a gate pass. You will need to check-in on the same day or if you're arriving late will need to check-in the following morning.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Property is not pet-friendly

-BBQ Grill Rentals (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
-Pool & Spa Heat (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival as it takes 24 hours for all pool heating to reach favorable temperature)
