Beautiful 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom Private Pool Home located in the tranquil community of Windwood Bay features a large extended patio pool deck. This community is within easy reach of the theme parks, many golf courses and is THE ideal property for all your vacation needs. It also features a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, dining area, family room, formal seating & dining room and utility room.
We have taken every care possible to fully equip this home to a standard that befits such a classy property, It is our holiday home as well as yours so we have furnished it with the finest quality Italian furniture.
Bedding Configurations:
The property has 2 Master Ensuite bedrooms with full bathrooms.
Two Twin bedrooms with shared full bathroom. It also features a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, dining area, family room, formal seating & dining room and utility room.
The outdoor pool, spa/Jacuzzi (with optional heating facility – at extra cost) is not overlooked to the rear and features a child safety fence for your peace of mind. We have provided pool toys/games for your enjoyment.
The family room is equipped with a 55” Smart TV with cable, Playstation 3 and games, DVD player and films.
**No Parties or Events**
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
Additional Fees apply for the following:
-BBQ Grill Rentals (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
-Pool & Spa Heat (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival as it takes 24 hours for all pool heating to reach favorable temperature)
-Early Check Ins/Late Check Outs - (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
-Cribs/Highchair/Pack'n'Plays (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
