Come and spend unforgettable moments in this contemporary chalet at an altitude of 1700 meters, on the road to Lake Allos.
Located 5 minutes by car from the village of Allos, and at the crossroads of many hiking trails, you can admire the mountains of the Mercantour Park.
2h15 from Nice or Aix en Provence, 2h30 from Monaco or 2h45 from Marseille you can enjoy the 230 km of slopes of the Espace Lumières which make it one of the largest ski areas in the Southern Alps.

On the first floor you will discover a first bedroom with double bed and bathroom. On the same floor is the kitchen open to the dining room which is surrounded by bay windows.
In the lower part, a large living room is installed facing the view and at dusk you can enjoy a film on the big screen, read a book in front of the distant lights of the village or a game of billiards with friends. A beautiful fireplace located in the centre of these spaces creates a warm atmosphere.
On the half floor, next to a TV area, there is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.
The upper floor serves 3 family bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom, a bathroom and a mezzanine to accommodate children with 2x2 single beds and 1x3 single beds.
Traveller access
Travellers will have access to the entire chalet.
There are cupboards in each bedroom, a laundry room with dryer and washing machine, and a pantry.

A carport is adjoining the chalet to park 2 cars. A socket for charging an electric car is installed.
Access to the chalet is easy all year round and even during periods of heavy snow.

Sledges, a swing and various games are at your disposal.

A Skargards Rojal-type Nordic bath is also at your disposal to enjoy the view in winter and summer, while being in a bath naturally heated by wood burning.
