Relax with morning coffee or evening sunsets from the private balcony, unwind in the hot tub, or gather for movie nights after a day at the beach. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, romantic getaway or beach retreat with friends, this condo combines comfort, style, and the laid-back atmosphere of the Gulf Coast.

You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including HOA amenities:
★ Indoor/outdoor swim through heated pool & hot tub (open daily from 8 am to 10 pm)
★ 4 BBQ grills (gas and charcoal)
★ Outdoor table & chairs
★ Outdoor showers

🗓️ Your dates aren’t available? No worries! We have five other units in the building. Reach out to ask about availability!
🅿️ One parking pass is included with the rental however, if you do need a second parking pass, please let us know right away there is an additional charge.
★Elevator Note★
Please note that the south elevator will be under construction beginning August 15. During this time, only the north elevator will be available for use. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are completed.
★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. The place was perfect the only issue we encountered was the stove was messed up. The front display panel wasn’t properly secured therefore while cooking it flipped/fell down. The front two eyes on the stove didn’t work either, I assume this might’ve been due to the panel and maybe wires not connected correctly. The host was very great with communication back and forth. She offered to have the stove addressed during our stay but wasn’t comfortable with a crew coming in while we occupied the area. Overall will book this location again for sure.

We love staying at Harbour Place and this condo has been our favorite so far! It was well stocked with everything we needed plus so much more. It was clean and organized. The master bed was very comfortable so my husband and I were actually able to sleep while on vacation! I highly recommend this one!
