For your convenience, the apartment is fully furnished (205 m² of floor space) and located on the 3rd floor of the grand Hawaii Tower, which is located approximately 700 meters from the beach within the residential complex and features elevators, views of expansive green spaces, gardens, and amenities. It also features a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, coffee maker, microwave, etc.), a living-dining room for 8 people with all amenities, a terrace with a table for 6 people, an outdoor lounge, 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds that comfortably accommodate 12 people, plus 1 inflatable double mattress and 1 single air mattress (the master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, a full bathroom, and a closet; the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, a closet, and a full bathroom; the third bedroom has a double bed, a single bunk bed, and a closet; and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and a closet; the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom), a maid’s quarters with a full bathroom and laundry area (washer and dryer), independent air conditioning for each room, as well as efficient fans in the living room and master bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (in the living room and master bedroom) with Sky service, 2 parking spaces, and guest parking spaces within the complex; additionally, it offers free on-site transportation (golf carts) between the building and the beach and vice versa.

Housekeeping is at the guests’ discretion and costs $500 per day, which includes cleaning and towel laundry if required; Meal preparation can also be requested for an additional fee of $1,000 for two meals and snack preparation per day.
Check-in for the apartment is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m., the same as for the residential complex. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, you’ll need to check availability, and the hourly rate would be $250.
