The neighborhood where it is located is wonderful. The house is a back house and matches what is shown in the photos.

This was the perfect location for our stay. We went to several places around LA and it was a short drive to all them. We had to contact the host once because we locked ourselves out and she called within minutes with a quick resolution. Would definitely recommend this place - the patio area was quiet and we spent each evening sitting and enjoying the beautiful California weather. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a weekend getaway.

The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the ensuite bathrooms for each rooms were great! The kitchen is really dated and could benefit from some updates, but nonetheless it was functional. The heating system did not seem to work in one of the bedrooms, so it was cold in the morning, as we were there in December, but this could be easily fixed.

The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is very good fo visiting LA in general, especially the big film studios. It is a safe and quiet residential neighborhood
