For the first time, my family decided to vacation in Florida for Christmas. We have never been to the Siesta Key area so we decided to stay there. I found a beautiful home on VRBO that accommodated my family. The Ascentia property management team was awesome. Reached out to me regarding my trip. Any questions I had were answered right away. Any issues we had at the home were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Our family loved everything about this stay! The home is beautifully updated, immaculately clean, and just steps from the beach. The layout was perfect — everyone had their own private space to relax while still feeling connected. It’s clear Ascendia Group takes great pride in maintaining their properties; they were responsive, professional, and made the process seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed an amazing vacation in this beautiful home! Everything is brand new and so comfortable for a relaxing getaway. The layout is perfect for multi-generations, and we had plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and a large outdoor grill. (There is even a wet bar where my husband made margaritas for the group each evening!) Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom and there are three separate living areas, so it’s easy to find a quiet space. I should also note that the beds are all VERY comfortable. The location is terrific; it is just one block to the beautiful beach and an easy walk to the south village’s restaurants and shops. The kids loved swimming in the private, heated pool and we all enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings playing cards and board games. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back to this gorgeous home - Absolutely a 5 star experience!
