The property was excellent. It really worked as a place to enjoy Lake Placid and the Adirondacks. I highly recommend it.
But most striking was how thoughtful the details were. We've had other rentals where we had to supply everything from towels to silverware. This place had a lovely, elegant living room with comfortable furniture and a large TV with cable. Multiple A/Cs. Well equiped kitchen. We loved it.
ALL of the problems we had were with Vrbo, not with the owner. Vrbo has still not addressed the total failure of their app and website to provide communication.
I will never use Vrbo again.

Excellent location! Host was helpful, quick to respond, and kindly granted us a late checkout.

Great stay! Adnan was very responsive and helpful. Allowed early check in and to park in the driveway past check out. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this property while we enjoyed skiing at Whiteface. It is conveniently located near town and Ubers are easily accessible. The house was very clean, and cozy warm from the moment we arrived, despite freezing temperatures outside. There is plenty of parking and the driveway was nicely plowed.
