Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. A door from the kitchen opens onto a small rear yard with outdoor seating, a lovely spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Upstairs, on the first floor a double bedroom along with family bathroom and the second floor there is a further double and single bedroom, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to five guests.
Newtown is perfectly situated for day trips and exploring the stunning surrounding countryside. Within a 30-minute drive, you can discover the historic market town of Welshpool with its iconic Powis Castle and gardens, or venture into the rolling hills of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The Elan Valley, with its dramatic dams and scenic walking trails, offers breathtaking views, while the Montgomery Canal towpath is ideal for peaceful strolls or bike rides. For a taste of local heritage, the charming town of Montgomery is just a short drive away, with its hilltop castle ruins and delightful tearooms.
