Beautifully renovated apartment in a peaceful corner of El Poblado, perfect for couples. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living space, and modern decor. Located on the third floor with stair access only. While there’s no on-site parking, I can recommend nearby options. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, offering an authentic Poblado experience, with local charm and easy access to the city’s livelier areas just a short ride away.

This cozy apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a modern bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the living room, there’s a small dining area with a round table and a couple of chairs. Originally one large apartment, it has been split into two smaller units, each with its own private entrance, both accessed via a central hall. The property is secured with a main door (smart lock) for the building and individual smart locks for each apartment, offering both convenience and privacy.
Guest access
Guests have full access to everything within their unit, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen, as well as the small dining area. The other unit is off-limits unless both apartments are booked together, in which case guests will have access to the entire property.
