This cozy cottage is right in the Village of Bayfield, only a block from Main St. The fully fences yard makes it ideal for guests with pets.



INSIDE:

Kick off your shoes and settle into vacation mode. The living room is the perfect chill zone with a cozy faux fireplace, squishy couch, and a TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Just a few steps away, there’s a sunny dining nook for six and a bright, cheerful kitchen that’s ready for everything from pancake flips to wine-and-cheese nights. Both bathrooms are decked out with spa-like walk-in showers (no tiny tubs here!).

And when you need a little extra space to spread out, the downstairs lounge is your go-to hangout—with another TV, more comfy seating, and major nap vibes.

OUTSIDE:

The backyard? Total vibe. Grill up some burgers on the BBQ, eat under the stars on the big ol’ deck, then gather ‘round the firepit in those funky chairs for s’mores, stories, and maybe a little wine. Got kids or pups in tow? Let them run wild in the fully fenced yard—yes, we love dogs and welcome two! There’s even a front-yard “Dog Stick Library” and a little water bowl station, because your four-legged friends deserve a getaway too. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee in the sun or stargazing by the fire, the good times just keep rolling at Louisa Landing.



Max 2 pets are allowed, but must sign separate pet addendum

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles



Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.



All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp, wifi connections & may have camera's outside at the entrance) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund

Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund.



Our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy is designed with your safety in mind. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options:

❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two.

❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you.

❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.

Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery.



Bayfield is a “Blue Community” - visitors won’t find bottled water in public facilities or at events but they will find a portable refillable water bottle station operated by pedal-power and five water bottle refill stations at public facilities located throughout the village.
