• We have put together this place with warmth and mindfulness.
• What people have liked about the space:
- You get a completely functional home, away from your own home.
- An 8" spring mattress in each of the bedrooms for sound sleep.
- Premium Furniture & hygiene consciousness.
- Complete privacy to yourself throughout the stay. No poking.
- Order food or cook yourself, while working or relaxing in a chill atmosphere.
• Potential inconveniences:
- We do not offer ACs for conscious reasons.
- We don't put TVs at our places because we like to interact with each other.
- We offer geyser in 1 bathroom, and manual heating rod in another.
- Logistics service in the neighbourhood makes the lane a little busy for about an hour in the morning and night. Not to expect pin-drop silence in the area.

• Please remember that you're staying in a house, and not a hotel. Please treat this space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no professional living on-site 24/7 to offer you service.
• We are noticing that our locality has recently commercialised with logistics and students in the area. As much as we love to maintain the decorum at our own place, we want to make sure that the guest don't expect us to maintain that outside of our premises as well.
