Welcome to our lovingly furnished dream vacation apartment Domblick 2—your stylish home for special days in Limburg an der Lahn. This approximately 80 m² 3-room apartment combines modern design with cozy comfort and features two balconies, cozy double beds (each 180 × 200 cm), and a stunning view of the cathedral. The first bedroom offers direct access to the large balcony with a panoramic view of the cathedral, while the second bedroom—ideal for the third and fourth guests—has its own access to the second balcony. The light-filled living and dining area invites you to relax with a comfortable couch, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, stove, dishwasher, and much more) invites you to relax. First thing in the morning, you can enjoy the view of the city’s most famous landmark while sipping coffee on the balcony—a perfect start to the day! The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination. Upon arrival, fresh towels and made-up beds await you, and high-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the entire apartment. The location is ideal: Just a five-minute walk separates you from the Old Town, the main train station, numerous restaurants, cafés, and Limburg’s most beautiful spots—all conveniently within walking distance. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire apartment.
A registration form must be filled out before check-in. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM.
A decibel meter is installed in the apartment; it is located in the dining area. The device records noise levels 24 hours a day. 



On-site costs: Invoice and payment: The invoice will be sent to the renter after booking. Rent is generally paid by invoice and must be transferred to the landlord’s account specified in the booking confirmation prior to arrival. The total rent must be paid in full by the tenant no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period and must have been received in the landlord’s account by that time. Other payment methods (e.g., instant electronic payment) may be accepted only for last-minute bookings and only upon prior express agreement with the landlord. Cash payments on site are not permitted. Access: Keys are provided via a key box. The code for the key box will be provided before check-in. Travel Crib and High Chair: A travel crib for babies/toddlers and a high chair can be provided upon request, subject to a fee if applicable. This must be requested in advance (a few days before arrival). The following house rules apply to all bookings: Check-In/Check-Out Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM; check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed-upon check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. Other Information: Guests may not make reservations within their own city of residence. Please contact us directly if you wish to book in your own city of residence. Parties, Noise, and Smoking Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). (Smoking on the balcony is permitted; please ensure that the balcony door is completely closed.) Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repairs. Noise Levels: Noise-level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. Damage Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us. Commercial Photography Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. Number of Guests Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. Pets Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay. Keys: Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. Compliance with House Rules: Making a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
