About this house rental
This lovely 3 bed/2.5 bath plus bonus room is in north Silverdale. It’s located on a modest lot with lots of privacy. The house backs up to a green belt and has an abundance of trees surrounding the subdivision.
This house has an updated kitchen and bathrooms with great areas for hanging out with 2 living rooms. Both living rooms have 65” TVs with nice sectional sofas. The kitchen is well appointed and has all necessary utensils and appliances.
The bonus area has games and enough beds for 6!
The space
Split level home on a cul-de-sac with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen upstairs. Downstairs is the bonus room/living room 2 with 2 twin/full bunk beds and half bath shared with laundry room.
No garage access, there is parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway.
Can accommodate 12 guests max. Master bedroom: 1 king bed with en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, shared full bathroom, bonus room has 2 twin/full bunk beds for 6 guests with a couch and TV with a half bath in the downstairs area.
Note: No AC, only heat
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for the garage and locked owner's closet in the home.

Trash & Recycling Expectations
By booking our property, you will be required to help us with trash and recycling collection.
What to do:
- Tuesday night – Please roll the bins out to the curb
- Wednesday after pickup – Bring the bins back in
If the bins aren’t taken out and we have to arrange an extra pickup due to overflow, a fee of $50–$200 may apply to cover the cost of the city’s ad-hoc collection service. In addition, be sure to sort your trash and recycling accordingly otherwise the city will not pick up and a similar ad-hoc collection fine will be incurred.
