This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera in the doorbell facing the front entrance, 1 camera on the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera on the back of the home facing the dock, and 1 camera on the side of the home facing the canal. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence

Perfect getaway with a great view! My family enjoyed a great extended weekend here. The home is newly remodeled and in excellent condition. Kitchen is very accommodating for a family of 6. We will be back!

I can't say enough about our wonderful experience renting this property over Thanksgiving week! To start, the pictures don't do the place justice. The house was beautiful and spacious, with a huge kitchen that made cooking a large meal a pleasure. Seating areas with TVs at both ends of the house gave us a chance to spread out and enjoy the amazing view of the water. We spent a lot of time outside on the dock. In addition to good fishing, we saw manatees, dolphins, ospreys and beautiful sunsets.There was a lot of thought put into the design and furnishing of this house, with plenty of comfortable seating and all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen had essentially everything we needed to cook and a well-stocked coffee bar. All the appliances were new, and the place was immaculately clean.Last but certainly not least, our hosts Frank and Lara were incredibly responsive and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. They clearly love their house and work very hard to give their guests the best possible experience. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you!

We've been visiting Ruskin 5 or 6 times a year to fish for 14 years, and this is the best combination of quality and value that we've experienced with a rental property. It's an adorable home which seems to have been recently renovated. The owner did a great job, sparing no expense, with excellent interior artistry, top-notch materials, and high-end appliances. The house sits on the bay with a 180-degree view of the water. The property is tastefully decorated, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and everything was in working order.It's located in a quiet neighborhood....It offers everything we look for and more.

Stayed here for my bachelor weekend, definitely a nice house for friends or even family. Everything was nice and cleaned, Frank (the owner) was a great host! I’ll definitely be booking here again.
