The location couldn’t be better. The famous Master Blaster ride is right across the street, the shuttle stop is close by, and tubing outfitters are within walking distance, making it super simple to grab a tube and float the river without any hassle.

-No day visitors (4 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.

This was a great location! Room was clean, and I had an issue with parking that was very quickly addressed. There were a couple things that I feel were misleading in the add. First, it says a kitchen, it’s really just a 2 burner cooktop, no oven. Second was the river access. The stairs to the water were treacherous and very difficult to get back out of the water, and there is no real area to sit or hang out near the river. The area above is overgrown, and you can’t even see the water. We tried to use the ladder and popped our tube, and ended up just getting out at the public access exit. I would definitely keep this in mind if you planned to sit and watch all the going’s on in the river.

The location was great. It's at the last exit off of the river so we hitched a ride to an entrance and just exited by the complex. The room's AC works great. Beds were comfy. Room could've been cleaner. Fridge was unplugged and smelled rancid. We had to clean it. Bathroom sink was clogged and wound up leaking all over the floor by the end of our stay. Found a dead stink bug in the sheets. They tell you not to strip the beds at the end of your stay so it makes me question whether they get washed or not. Needs towels bars to hang towels up on. Not worth the price we paid honestly.
