Luggage Holding Service:
There is a complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period that is subject to availability. The luggage holding service is available Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
Parking:
Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-serve street parking is available.
General:
*Please note this unit is located on the 6th floor of the building; however, an elevator is available onsite.
**The building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and you may experience noise from passing trains during your stay.

Walkable location to the Gulch, Hall of Fame, Broadway. We stayed with 5 adults and plenty of space. Easy check-in with remote access. Basics: soap , shampoos, detergent , Keurig coffee to get you thru a long weekend. Publix about 5-7 min drive if you need groceries. Luggage storage on site for check out day which was very helpful with a later afternoon flight.If staying with smaller children, be aware that a few surrounding streets have a number of homeless . Mission/ shelter is close by. Similar to any city, just an FYI. No issues for us and fair number of visitors walking in the area.Decor was fun!

Beautiful property, location was extremely convenient. Not directly in the thick of things but a short walk or scooter rental gets you on Broadway in minutes. Highly recommend!!

I will say the owner was great with communicating with me prior to arrival. Had a problem with the door locking system so we had to miss our night at the Bluebird in order to go pick up a physical key to get into the unit. The condo is clean and well furnished and does have a nice view of the skyline; however, the master bedroom has a very small bathroom with 1 sink so my husband and I had to alternate getting ready in the mornings. What I think any future renters should know is that this property is more Gulch adjacent - around a 15-20 min walk to stores and restaurants - and about a 15-20 min walk to Broadway. It is also right next to 2 homeless shelters that you will pass by in any direction.
