North facing studio with no balcony of 30m² for 2/3 people situated on the 1st floor.
It includes an entrance hall with kitchen and a pull-down bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, an eating area.

- Kitchen : electric hobs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, filter coffee machine
- Entrance: 1 fold-out single bed (80 x 190 cm)
