Walkabout Nac-a block from the brick streets-in this two story 3BR/2BA home in Nacogdoches! Walking distance to our best - downtown brick streets of Nac - Ferdonia Brewery, Roma's, Fredonia Hotel, Dilly Dally's, Aperitivo Cafe & Gelato, Madhatter Distillery- plus Nac's best entertainment! AND only 1 mile from Stephen F Austin State University....Axe Em'!!
1 Queen bed upstairs, 2 Queen beds downstairs in separate bedrooms! Twin air mattress available as well.
We have a nice front porch & a private small outdoor patio in the fenced in backyard.
Pet friendly -$55fee - and a crate to use if needed.
This old home has that old time charm, with modern amenities. Full kitchen fully equipped for cooking, gas stove, new full size fridge. 4 TVs for streaming in the living room, in upstairs bedroom and both of the downstairs bedrooms. TVs have the ability to log into your favorite streaming apps. WiFi throughout the home. Both bathrooms recently remodeled!
We are constantly working to better this BNB! The grass seed it set, so be patient with our lack of grass!

This house is super charming and felt so homie. My teenagers loved the fact that the rooms were all separated lol! Plenty of privacy. We played games that were offered and had everything we needed. Christie checked in daily to ensure were were not in need of anything. I appreciated that. Will stay again.

Clean 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, great backyard. 2 blocks from the bricks. Very comfortable for everyone. Perfect for our family and doggie.
