Our barn! Where the stones, witnesses to the passage of the Camisards, whisper secrets in your ear as you enjoy the jacuzzi. Do you wish to savor tranquility and the song of cicadas? Our barn, an ideal retreat between the Cévennes and Camargue, awaits you for naps in the shade or sun, excursions to Nîmes, Uzès, Anduze (with their ancient sites and picturesque rivers), and strolls through the garrigue. Come and discover the Gard at your own pace!
The barn, over 300 years old, was renovated between 2022 and spring 2025. It is a unique place, carefully decorated with reclaimed and vintage items, some crafted by Laetitia, a ceramics enthusiast. Spread over two floors and 140 m², you enter on the ground floor into the living room and kitchen area. On the same level, the master suite has its own bathroom. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet await you.
The outside area is a true haven of peace. The first terrace is directly accessible from the living room. Three steps lead to the jacuzzi and a shaded area under the mezzanine. For those who prefer the sun, sun loungers are available. Your privacy is fully preserved.
The village offers a bakery and a café-restaurant (with newsstand, tobacco, and fuel) as well as a doctor. Nearby, many charming villages await: Sommières, Uzès, Anduze, Sauve... Nîmes is 30 minutes away, Alès 25 minutes, and the Pont du Gard, beaches, Montpellier, or the Camargue are less than an hour away. The Cévennes, with Mount Aigoual and their green rivers, are very close. The region’s wineries will be happy to welcome you.
