Located on the first floor with elevator access, this 72 m² five-room apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, three bedrooms each with two single beds, a shower room, and two separate toilets. There is also a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room. A west-facing balcony completes the property.

The Chalet de Solaise residence enjoys a prime location at the foot of the Solaise slopes. The ski lifts and the Children’s Village are just a 5-minute walk away, while the residence can be reached on skis via the “M” ski run.
Shops, restaurants, ski rental stores and ski schools are all within easy walking distance. A SPAR supermarket is conveniently located at the Rond-Point des Pistes.
The residence features a lift, ski lockers on the first floor, a waste and recycling room on the ground floor, and a garage beneath the building.
A free “Train Rouge” shuttle stop is located directly outside the residence, providing easy access to all areas of the resort, with connections towards La Daille and Le Fornet.
