Tranquil cozy Cottage with front porch swing and gated wrap around deck! Mins to Sierra Nevada, Biltmore Park, Airport, Biltmore Estate, Downtown Asheville, Hendersonville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Grove Park Inn and all Asheville has to offer! Easy access off I-26 (Airport Rd Exit)
Charming neighborhood with nice privacy surrounded by beautiful Pine Trees and Mountain foliage. Deck wraps around left side of cottage with outdoor eating area and charcoal grill. Front deck has twinkling lights and porch swing to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Plenty of space for family and friends in the Living and Family rooms, spacious kitchen with eat in dining area. 3 Cozy bedrooms upstairs, Master has King bed with super comfy memory foam mattress. New twin beds in 2nd room and new Queen bed in 3rd room. 2 Bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bath on Main level. Fire pit in the backyard, Parking in front for 2 Cars.

The house was perfect for our family. It’s nestled down in the hollow! Very clean with comfortable beds & adequate kitchen area & equipment for meals together. Close to many restaurants, downtown, airport & activities. Host answers any questions promptly & provided clear communication. My first ARBO experience exceeded my expectations! I will recommend this house to friends & family that visit Asheville.

The house was perfect for our Asheville trip to visit Biltmore and Grove Park Inn as it was an easy drive to both places. We slept wonderfully as the beds were so comfortable. We had one issue with the bathroom shower faucet when we arrived and Christina responded right away with a resolution. Great communication! I would recommend White Cottage Inn if you are looking to stay near Asheville.

I would stay here again. Located close to major road, but far enough away to be VERY quiet sleeping. House was spotless clean. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the fireplace, but I am sure it would be nice. The porch has a porch swing, rocking chairs and a covered eating table with umbrella. The host texted me a photo of the entrance and that made all the difference as it is set back from the road. Thanks to the host!
