The Space:
Welcome to our comfortable studio in the heart of Warsaw! This 16-square-meter space offers full privacy and functional amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. The studio is furnished with a large, comfortable double bed that provides a restful sleep. Next to the bed, you’ll find a table and chair that serve as both a workspace and a dining area – perfect for those who value flexibility and convenience.
A spacious wardrobe and clothes hanger allow you to unpack your belongings easily, keeping your space organized throughout your stay. A bedside reading lamp and conveniently located power outlets make it easy to use electronics and charge your devices. The studio is fully private, with its own lockable door, so you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Guests have access to a modern bathroom with a shower, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to make packing easier. This private place to freshen up is always clean and ready for use. Additionally, our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals: a stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. Our apartment is located at Grochowska Street 341 in Warsaw, offering excellent connectivity to key locations throughout the city. Here are the details:
Chopin Airport: About 25 minutes by taxi.
Modlin Airport: Around 50 minutes by taxi, with available bus connections.
Warsaw East Railway Station: 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by tram.
National Stadium Metro Station: 10 minutes by tram.
Bus and Tram Stops: Right by the building, providing quick access to various parts of the city.
Nearby Attractions:
Warsaw City Center: 15 minutes by tram or taxi.
Old Town & Royal Castle: 20 minutes by tram or 15 minutes by taxi.
Wedel Museum: 10 minutes by tram.
Copernicus Science Centre: 15 minutes by tram.
National Stadium: 10 minutes by tram.
Koneser Praga Center: 10 minutes by tram or 5 minutes by car.

The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required.
Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.
The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.
We can provide a baby cot (for an additional fee of PLN 50) - please ask about availability in advance.
