Enjoy your stay in Warsaw in our cozy 18-square-meter studio, offering comfort, privacy, and full amenities. It’s an ideal space for couples, small families, or friends. This studio is designed for those who value convenience and independence.
Guests are welcomed by a wide, double bed – spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Additionally, there’s a sofa in the room, providing a comfortable place to sit back and relax or read a book. The sofa unfolds into a full-size bed, providing an extra sleeping space for two, making the studio versatile and comfortable. There’s a reading lamp by the bed, and a convenient charging station for your phone.
For your convenience, we’ve included a table and chair, which can be used both as a dining area and a workspace. The room also features a spacious wardrobe and a clothes hanger, so you can easily store your personal belongings. The studio is lockable, providing privacy and peace.
A private bathroom with a shower is exclusively available to studio guests, ensuring complete freedom. We provide fresh towels for each guest – both a large and a small one – to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The shared kitchenette is fully equipped, making meal preparation convenient and enjoyable. You’ll have access to a stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. In addition to dishes, pots, and cutlery, we also provide complimentary coffee and tea, so you can start your day with a warm drink.

Warsaw East Railway Station: 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by tram.
National Stadium Metro Station: 10 minutes by tram.

The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.
The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.
We can provide a baby cot (for an additional fee of PLN 50) - please ask about availability in advance.
