Our Family Room is a spacious and comfortable choice for those looking for the perfect place for a family stay in Warsaw. This 16-square-meter room offers a wonderful space for relaxation and unwinding. The room features a large, comfortable bed that sleeps two, along with a fold-out sofa that transforms into an additional sleeping space for two more guests. The sofa also serves as a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing – with a large TV available, you can unwind and watch your favorite shows.
The room is equipped with a functional desk and a comfortable chair, making it a suitable space for work or planning your next adventures in Warsaw. An additional table with chairs allows you to enjoy meals in the room or spend some quality time over a cup of coffee. A spacious wardrobe and an extra clothes hanger provide ample storage for your belongings, keeping the room tidy and organized.

The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
