About this house rental
Beautiful detached house ideal for winter or summer visits (electric heating included in the price) with incredible sea view and direct access to the beach. The internet is fibre optic. Lovely garden in front of the house.
We clean on your departure. Linen and towels are not included in the prices quoted here – ask us on reservation and we’ll give you a quote.
Parking is about 100m away on Rue des Algues, you cannot access the Penty by car. Access to the house is unsuitable for persons with mobility limitations.
Large lounge area : Two bed settees 140cm, Armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Magnificent eastern sea view direction « Port de Larvor" from the window seating (you can swim there, the coast is rocky immediately in front of the house).
Large kitchen and dining area – all the ground floor is open plan : Ample kitchen units with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle and 3 coffee machines : traditional filter for your morning coffee, Nespresso and Senseo machines. Large table and 8 dining chairs
In between the sitting area and the Kitchen/dining area is the open plan staircase leading to :
Large landing with built in cupboards.
Double Bedroom 1 (east side) : Panoramic sea view, Queen sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
Double Bedroom 2 (west side) : Panoramic sea view ; Queen sized Bed, wash basin (in a cupboard !), fitted wardrobes and separate chest of drawers, washbasin in cupboard bedside tables and lamps. Panoramic sea view.
Bedroom 3 : Double single bunk beds 90cm wide. Third pull out 90cm bunk bed that can be installed in the same or another room. Washbasin in fitted cupboards. Chest of drawers
Shower room : Panoramic sea view (or close the shades if you wish !). Walk in Italian shower and washbasin unit. A separate WC is next to the shower room.
On the terrrace in front of the house: large table, chairs and parasol. Flower garden, magnificent elevated terrace with panoramic sea view – perfect for your morning coffee etc. To swim go to the "Port de Larvor" at 200m to the east or take the car west for about 1km to the « Plage des Sables Blancs »
