We’re still putting the finishing touches on the surrounding landscaping and awaiting some of our new outdoor furniture, but the pool itself is ready for you to enjoy. Just 10 minutes from downtown, this beautifully remodeled 4BR/4.5BA home offers vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the patio, relaxing afternoons by the pool, sunset walks up to the vineyard, and cozy nights by the fire pit. Perfect for wine weekends, special celebrations, or simply getting away from it all.

Need extra space? This separate barn loft offers a fun bonus area with a ping pong/pool table, half bath, washer/dryer, plus AC and heat for year-round comfort. Two pull-out couches provide flexible sleeping or lounging. Enjoy the patio with views of the iconic oak tree, then relax in the laid-back barn setting.
Note: The barn loft is separate from the main home, does not have a shower (guests may use the main house), and requires stairs for access.

🚜 A Working Vineyard & Olive Oil Farm
Please note: Oaks and Madeira is a working vineyard and olive oil farm. You may see our friendly farm staff on the property during your stay as they go about their day-to-day tasks. They will not disturb you and are respectful of guest privacy at all times, but you may occasionally spot tractors, vineyard maintenance, or olive grove work happening nearby.
🔑 Important Guest Info
• Pool Heating: Available upon request for an additional fee of approximately $400 for a 2–3 night stay. Pool heating must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to allow adequate time for the pool to reach temperature. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 85°F. Additional fees may apply for longer stays or extended heating periods.
• Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
• Security Deposit: A refundable $750 security deposit is required per stay to cover potential incidentals.
• Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise and local ordinances.
• Access & Roads: Please review the vehicle and road restrictions below before arrival.
• Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.

• Vehicle Restrictions: Due to the remote location of this property and the private one-way dirt road with a narrow single-lane bridge, no oversized vehicles are permitted. This includes large trucks, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, and dually trucks.
• Property Improvements: We’re always looking for ways to make our property even better for our guests. While you may occasionally notice minor finishing touches or improvements happening around the property, your comfort, privacy, and experience will always remain our top priority.
• Fire Safety & BBQ Use: Due to extreme fire risk, the wood-burning fireplace and Santa Maria–style BBQ are not available for guest use and may only be operated by a hired private chef. A propane BBQ is provided for guest use.

My family had an unforgettable three weeks at this property. We have rented many vacation properties that were very good but this property has no faults. Situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and vineyards yet very close to downtown Paso Robles. The house is beautifully designed with a chefs kitchen and all the cookware and accessories you need labelled in drawers for convenience. The outdoor space includes a fire pit and the wrap around deck is perfect for enjoying the surroundings. We did not think we would use the pickleball court but ended up playing allot and loving it. The fact that it sits in a picturesque spot behind the house adds to the enjoyment.
The house nails what a vacation property should be.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was a quick drive to downtown Paso. Love the privacy of the home and being surrounded by nature. Looking forward to staying there again!
