The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to Pleasure Point surf break, and within minutes drive of all major amenities in Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz. There are 2 parking spots available to renters, including one in the garage, and ample street parking available along the quiet road beside the house.
