The Monarch was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Ashley responded in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with. She thought of every detail, and even provided chairs and a blanket for our Britt concert! It was close and in walking distance to coffee, restaurants and shops. We look forward to returning to the Monarch…..

The property is ideally located within walking distance to the Britt and town, so we never used our car while we were there. It was extremely clean, had most of the amenities we needed and communication with the host was great.

I actually stayed at the Williams next-door as this place was already booked. The management crew corrected the misunderstanding and supplied us with a cute place right next-door. The place was charming and quaint. For being so close to downtown you would think you would hear a noise from people in the evening time, but it was very quiet and private. One of the most relaxing stays we’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this place for your travels to Jacksonville and I will definitely be back.
