Stay in this bright, new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse with stunning mountain views, a 75” smart TV, and space for up to 7 guests (King, Full, Bunk with Full & Twin). Perfect for families, groups, or friends seeking comfort, convenience, and adventure.
The Space:
Relax in a safe, quiet neighborhood with the whole townhouse to yourself. The primary suite features a King bed and its own smart TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 include a Full bed and a bunk set with Full & Twin beds—plenty of room for everyone. The open-concept living area is perfect for cozy nights with board games or streaming your favorites on the 75” smart TV. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore nearby restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away.
Community & Amenities:
Step outside and enjoy walking paths, or challenge friends to basketball and pickleball on the community courts. The townhouse comes with a 2-car garage and driveway (fits 2 cars), plus additional guest parking in the community. The garage also has a 240V outlet.
Dog Friendly: You must state in your reservation if you are bringing a dog. This property is dog friendly, but please make sure that the dogs will never be left unattended. We do not allow cats, bunnies or other pets. We do not allow pets on the beds or furniture at any time. We have guests with pet allergies, and you will be charged if we need to double wash sheets and blankets or for any pet related house damages.

The townhouse was the perfect solution for our stay. It’s roomy and comfortable with tasteful accents throughout. The garage was a real bonus. So nice that it’s near stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Some friends and I enjoyed a weekend of crafting, eating and hanging out together. The property was perfect for us. When we wanted to shop we were able to get to the stores within 20 minutes.

The host was absolutely amazing! Very clean. I would definitely stay again. The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Great place to stay.
