Guests will have access to the entire apartment which is on the 3rd floor, a resident-only outdoor swimming pool, a modern fitness studio, a gated soccer field, and a BBQ grill & picnic area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, appliances, food storage, and pots & pans, so you can enjoy dining in just like you do at home.

🛡️DAMAGE WAIVER / SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable security deposit or $19/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $195 per stay). This waiver was previously $29/night, but we’ve temporarily reduced it as part of a limited-time promotion.

✔ We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs. Any more than 2 pets must be approved by management prior to booking.

Large Pet Surcharge (for pets over 35 lbs):
