About this house rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Clear Lake is waiting for you at this multi level lake home offering walk out lake access and oversized garage space. Imagine yourself fishing, hunting, kayaking, snowmobiling, having a family get together or holiday or simply a quiet escape for yourself and friends.
We think you will enjoy this lake property and area as much as we do and find that it offers a comfortable stay for guests.
The oversized garage includes a washer and dryer, sink, has two garage doors and is 1343 sq. ft.. The 12' door opens to a double length stall which may allow you to pull in your vehicle with fishing boat or trailer attached while the 10' door opens to a one vehicle stall. There is ample parking space in the driveway as well as a basketball hoop.
The outdoor space (including some seasonal items) includes patio lounge furniture, an outdoor dining set under a covered patio, dock (no dock after Labor Day), grill and fire pit . The home is protected by a cedar privacy fence around much of the property and offers artificial turf in the outside spaces. Plenty of space to relax, play outside games or just enjoy the outdoors.
The cozy lower level features a custom kitchen, dining area, bathroom and living room with a wood burning fire place. This lower level has three sets of patio doors and opens up to the covered porch and green space for relaxing (seasonal).
The kitchen space boasts custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, wine fridge and a large walk-in pantry. Dining space includes an island and adjacent dining table.
The lower level bathroom is complete with a tile shower, custom cabinets and quartz countertop.
The second level is comprised of a large living room with spectacular views, a queen bedroom also with a wonderful view, an upper deck and a second custom bathroom complete with a tile shower and floor and quartz countertop.
On the third level you will find 2 more large sized bedrooms. One bedroom will have 2 twin XL beds and the other adjacent bedroom will have a queen bed and also a bunk room that houses 4 twin bunk beds. All bedrooms also host closets that offer custom organization for convenient storage of your items.
Just a few short steps from the third level you will find a bonus office space. This can also be used for extra floor sleeping space.
With central air, heat pump, wood burning fireplace and a heated/air conditioned garage, this home ensures a tremendous experience.
NOTE: DOG-ONLY friendly (LIMITED TO GARAGE ONLY). We only allow DOGS as pets and they are limited to the heated/air conditioned garage space.

Very nice home. Great launch point for our upland hunting adventures with a warm fireplace to come back to. Fully outfitted kitchen. Huge garage area for getting geared up and cleaned up. Comfortable bedrooms and living spaces made this all-in exactly what we were looking for. Misty is a great host.
