1. Home Appearance
Bikes and bike trailers must be properly stored or otherwise secured on the property not in sight overnight. We prefer you leave them on the side of the of the home when not in use. Porches should be clear of clutter and should not be used to store toys or beach supplies, according to Serenity in Dune Allen Neighborhood HOA standards.
2. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, without exception.
3. Parties and Social Gatherings
Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.
4. Noise
Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am per Serenity.
5. Trash
Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings for pickup. Please roll trash bins back to the side of the house post pickup.
6. Access
The only entrance provided to the home is through the front door with access code. Remember the door will lock behind you, make sure to have codes on you at all times to avoid being locked out.
