About this house rental

This text describes a luxurious holiday home in the resort area of Krakow am See, designed to accommodate up to 16 people. The home is perfect for family or group vacations, offering a variety of amenities and activities. It features two separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom, a double room, and two twin rooms. There's also a converted loft that can sleep four people, ideal for children.The property boasts a swimming and wellness area, complete with a pool, sauna, and whirlpool. An additional bathroom is located in the pool area. For entertainment, there's a spacious activity room with billiards, table football, and table tennis, as well as a bar with a fridge.The kitchen is modern and spacious, leading to a dining area with a long table. The living area features a comfortable sofa corner and a TV for cozy evenings. Outside, a partly covered terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ grill is available for guests to enjoy.Please note, tourists over 16 years old in Krakow am See are required to pay a tourist tax, deducted from the deposit upon settlement. The tax is €1.50 per day in high season (April to September) and €0.50 per day in low season (October to March). Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
