About this house rental
Work remote with the fastest Wifi (25Mbps) and electronic adjustable sitting/standing desk
Situated close to Yosemite National Park West entrance, Yosemite Retreat with BBQ and Wifi is pleasantly situated among granite boulders and pine trees. The property boasts a large main living dining area with open kitchen, ideal for entertaining groups. The large outdoor deck wraps around the property with a full size BBQ and outdoor dining.
The main room boasts a large vaulted high ceiling including living, dining, and Kitchen area ideal for socializing.
Outdoor is s large wrap around deck with outdoor dining area. To relax and enjoy the large eight person hot tub with Bluetooth Audio and color shifting LED lights for ambience,
You are able to access the entire house and all of the property. The garage is locked and off limits as it stores personal supplies.
My preferred means of communication is via the app but can be contacted via phone or text message in emergencies only.

You will need a car to get around. If you’re going to the park, consider the YARTS bus service also.
This is a house in rural Mariposa, nestled in the wilderness. Please note that though we do our best to try to keep nature out of the house, you may encounter wildlife, including deer, bears, turkey, and various types of rodents and insects including raccoons, mice, squirrels, snakes, scorpions, and more around the home and county.
County regulations stipulate 6 person maximum occupancy. Larger groups are strictly not permitted.
As this is a country residence be aware that there may be critters on the property. We take good measures to keep them away from the house but please assist us as follows:-
* Windows and doors shut at all times unless a screen is present.
* Keep counter tops clear of even the tiniest scraps of food and food items sealed away.
Pets:
Pets are welcome but please be sure to clean up any pet mess from both inside the house and around the landscaped area around the vicinity of the house, otherwise a soilage fee of $75 will be charged.
Smoking:
Smoking not permitted inside, if smoking outside please use the provided ash trays and be conscious of potential fire danger
Do not move any furniture. A lot of the furniture is heavy and custom, please do not move it.
Hot tub:
* Always be sure to shower before entering the hot tub to avoid bringing in oils from skin care products as this can change the chemical balance of the water and / or turn the water cloudy.
* Shower afterwards for hygiene and to remove any irritants from your skin.
* Spend no longer than 20 minutes at a time in the tub to avoid overheating.
* No more than 6 people in the hot tub at a time.
* DO NOT use the hot tub if you have external cuts or infections.
* DO NOT bring glass to the hot tub. Needless to say, DO NOT bring food in to the hot tub.
* DO NOT adjust the temperature of the hot tub, it is configured for optimum efficiency. In particular, the hot tub it is not a children's paddling pool, dropping the temperature as such is strictly forbidden, time taken to reheat will impact subsequent guests - please be considerate.
* DO NOT jump or dive in the hot tub or otherwise doing anything to cause water to be removed, large drops in water level can damage the pumps and refilling the water and time taken to reheat will impact the following guests - again please be considerate.
Overuse or abuse will also cause the tub water to turn cloudy and may render the tub unusable. Tubs that require excessive cleaning will be emptied and cleaned at the expense of the renter, and may deny you the use of the tub for at least 24-hours. All of our hot tubs are on a regular cleaning schedule. On rare occasions, you may not be able to use the tub for a short time after it has been serviced. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is necessary to keep the tubs sanitized.
Fire Pit:
You’re welcome to use the fire pit but it's essential to first check and ensure that burns are permitted on that particular day by calling the Burn Day Hotline:
