About this house rental
Arizona is a detached wooden-frame house, located 50 meters from the main farmhouse. You enjoy all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay in any season, thanks to reversible air conditioning and a wood stove. The house offers a large, bright living area with a fitted kitchen corner, a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom, and separate toilets.
The indicated rate is for 2 guests. The second bedroom can be opened for 1 or 2 additional guests upon request. Please note that cleaning and bed linen are not included in the rental. The accommodation must be cleaned by you before departure. If cleaning is not done, a cleaning deposit will be required at the beginning of your stay and may be cashed at the end. Bed linen can be rented on request for an additional fee.
The owners’ pool is shared with another rental and accessible daily from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Access to the pool is prohibited for unaccompanied minors. The pool is closed from November to May.
Just 10 minutes from the charming town of Barjac, you are also close to major tourist sites such as the Ardèche Gorges, Chauvet Cave, Vallon Pont d’Arc, the villages of Vogüé, Montclus, Aiguèze, as well as in the heart of the Ardèche vineyards and the markets of Les Vans and Barjac.
We have two other cottages on the property, for a total capacity of 11 people, making it ideal for family or friends’ gatherings. You enjoy your privacy while sharing convivial moments as you wish. Visits, relaxation, sports activities, and tastings await you during your stay.
