This private retreat, nestled on a tranquil canal, is close to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is situated on a saltwater canal. Wake up to fun filled days swimming & watching boats go by and end with mesmerizing sunsets. Lounge the day away in the (optional) heated pool or hang out watching tv at your own personal tiki. Sun loungers, BBQ grill and drink fridge awaits you.
Highlights of the outside include: a large outdoor bar, patio for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining under the tiki with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, watching tv, swimming in the pool, or lying in the hammock. The home features a large outdoor bar with drink refrigerator & grilling area.
The open concept living area offers panoramic views from the front door thru the living room, with a fun filled outdoor area right on the water. We do offer a workspace if you plan to work remote or just catch up with friends and family during your stay. The home offers flexibility with one king size bed in the primary suite with an additional convertible chair that makes into a single bed, 1 guest room has a queen bedroom, another has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make another king. The guest bedrooms share a full bath, which doubles as the pool bath. There is an additional half bath located next to the open living area and guest rooms.
For your convenience, all linens & beach towels are included. High speed wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
