Cosy apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Contact with the host was flawless: Doña Cande was responding almost immediatelly and accommodated to our needs. The whole building was clean and well maintained. There is also dedicated parking place, which was a great asset for us, after whole day of hiking we did not waste time looking for a parking spot. Additional plus is the view from the balcony: on Teide from one side, and on the sea, from the other. One of the best experiences we had!

Nothing negative from our side. It was not a problem for us, but keep in mind the building is located on the hill: 10-minute walk up and down will be your daily routine :)

Le logement est spacieux, très propre, bien équipé, très agréable. Un balcon, la vue mer et le parking pour la voiture. C’était parfait

El piso está genial para 3 personas. La cocina muy completa, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y limpiar (incluso sobres de sal, azúcar, café, agua y servilletas). El baño cuenta con toallas (de baño y de playa), champú y gel, secador y plancha de pelo, pinzas para la ropa y botiquín, además de cepillo, pala y fregona. Tiene un terraza con vistas al mar donde hay un pequeño tendedero. Tanto el salón como la habitación tienen ventilador de techo. El gran punto a favor de este alojamiento es el aparcamiento privado, ya que la zona es algo complicada para dejar el coche. Cerca hay gasolinera, súper y farmacia. Al laldo está el pueblo que tiene unas piscinas naturales muy chulas! La zona es tranquila y el edificio cuenta con gimnasio que puedes usar. En cuanto a la anfitriona, muy amable. Me explicó todo muy bien y atiende rápido a los mensajes. Lo recomiendo 100%

lack of commodities at least on our stay, some parts were not clean as the bathroom, washing machine, kitchen , the bed side table, the mirror at the bedroom wasn’t clean. the beds were hard and noisy.
