1-bedroom lower level basement located in Queens Village. 8 minutes away from UBS Arena, and centered between JFK and LaGuardia Airport. 15 minutes away from Saint John’s University and Green Acres Mall. 6 minutes away from LIRR Queens Village station and walking distance from MTA public transportation.
Located in the lower level basement of a residential home. Guests can relax on the living room couch and enjoy a variety of apps on the Roku TV.
The kitchen is designed with a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, eating utensils, plates, coffee mugs and cooking appliances.
The bedroom is beautifully designed with a Queen bed, Roku TV and full sized closet.
The bathroom is located in the bedroom with fresh towels and wash cloths. It is also equipped with a Bluetooth sound system installed in the ceiling light.
You can enjoy the AC/Fan/Heating to your desired liking.
