The pool, gym, and sauna are exclusively for guests staying in the apartment; visitors are not permitted to use these amenities.

Ground Floor - Pool: Open from November 15 to April 15.
Sky Gym on the 31st floor: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Sauna on the 32nd floor: By reservation only
LATE CHECK-IN:
Please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 PM and midnight, a late check-in fee of US$20 applies in all cases. This fee can be paid to our representative at the apartment, and we only accept cash payments for this service.
Early Check-In:
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment, we recommend booking the apartment for the previous night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment until you leave. If other guests are arriving or departing on the same day, check-out from the apartment is at 11 a.m. and check-in is at 2 p.m. I’m very flexible about this. If no one else needs the apartment that day, it’s all yours. We’ll discuss this when you book or check in to the apartment.
If you choose not to book, I’ll be happy to store your bags after 9 a.m.
The building’s pool is closed from April 15 to November 15.
