About this house rental
This lovely house is 55 m² and well laid out, situated on an 819 m² plot. The floor plan shows the layout, but special attention should be given to the cozy living room with a fireplace insert and large windows, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views. This brings a wonderful natural light into the house. The entire home invites relaxation and is the perfect place to unwind and simply enjoy the beach, which is only 40 meters away. The summer house also includes three bedrooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. Next to the house, there is an annex with a double bed. Svinø is a beautiful, nature-rich area, offering plenty of peace and idyllic surroundings during the summer. It takes less than an hour and a half by car from Copenhagen to reach Svinø. Nearby attractions include BonBon-Land, the Forest Tower, Labyrinth Park, and more. The beach features a newly built bathing pier and otherwise offers a lovely, clean sandy shore.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Just returned from a delightful stay! The terrace was a great spot for morning coffee, and the views were simply stunning, The fireplace added a nice touch of coziness to the living room in the evenings, Would definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house! The living room with the fireplace was the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away, The large windows let in so much natural light, enhancing the warm atmosphere, Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
