Security camera: There is one security camera in the alley leading to the front door of Lunas guesthouse. Other cameras, such as the one in the yard and the ring camera on the door have been deactivated.
EV charger: Please note, we DO NOT have EV charging capability on the property. Please plan charging your EV accordingly.
Guests have access to the front yard. Guests do not have access to the garage, which is used to store supplies and is occupied by the tenants in the main house. This was a lovely two-bedroom private guest house in a very convenient location in Pasadena. Our host, Terry, was very responsive and thorough. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. The unit was beautiful and exactly as pictured on the listing. We did not have a chance to use the outside area, but it was quite large and would be a nice place to enjoy dinner or cocktails in the California weather. On-street parking was readily available right outside the home. Our host also went above and beyond and promptly shipped a forgotten item to me! I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the property to friends and family.

We loved this property. Super clean, perfect amenities, as advertised if not better than shown on website. The host is super helpful and responsive. Quiet location with nice outdoor space as well! Everything was easy and relaxing. Lots of games available, great AC, TVs in every room and it was all easy to use. Beds were really comfortable too. Highly recommend!!!!!

Second time staying here and won’t be the last! Charming and well-appointed little guest house tucked away on a quiet street. Very modern and up to date furnishings. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ space. Ample parking in front of the property.
