Bathroom tub was dirty. We booked two suite rooms. The place is above bada bazaar. Not something we knew when we signed up for this. I am sure other better options should be available at chengannur.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Provided everything I needed. Polite staffs.

Room is reasonably sized for a single person. Reception staff behaviour was decent. Part of the painted wall at bath room is stained badly, no exhaust fan is fixed in bathrooms, hot water to be controlled at valve of geyser only, no wi-fi provided, no hangers in shelf, bath towel was provided in room after asking for it only. No blanket provided.
