Welcome to this newly renovated 1950s Adobe that will give you all of the modern conveniences, with a New Mexico flare. Hardwood floors, Saltillo and Talavera tile pared with modern appliances, fully stocked kitchen, comfy decor and beds, washer/dryer, fenced yard, outdoor dining area, and a BBQ are only a few of the amenities

The house is all yours, there is a guest house on the property which is also an Airbnb, the only shared space is in between the house and the casita because it has access to the laundry room. Each unit has its own stackable
We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.
We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.
This property consists of two separate Airbnb`s so please be a considerate neighbor. Guests are also 15 minutes away from New Mexico State University and a 1-hour drive to the El Paso International Airport. If guests are looking for a more adventurous day White Sands National Park is only 50 minutes away. At the park you can enjoy a day of hiking, sledding down the amazing white dunes, or enjoying a picnic at sunset. Guests are also only 5 minutes away from the Las Cruces Farmers market which is every Saturday morning of the year! There are exterior cameras on the property.
