This property promises cottage vibes and lake views with a large porch overlooking Waneta Lake just steps away. With the house located on Waneta’s west side, morning light streams into the open living and dining area through the large glass doors. Guests will enjoy the recently remodeled kitchen and coffee bar. The house has two bedrooms and additional sleeping on a couch that converts to a Queen bed. It’s a great size for families or couples and you can even bring your furry friend!

In summer guests can enjoy outdoor dining on the deck, a large firepit, easy access to a private lakefront and dock, and a yard for games like cornhole. In cooler weather the house stays cozy with baseboard heat and a propane stove.

The house sits on a quiet road with little traffic that is nice for walking or running. Parking is easy with a large driveway. The house is about 2 miles from a public boat launch and the lake is great for fishing, kayaking, boating, and more!

This property is a great central location between Keuka and Seneca Lakes. It’s an easy drive to Watkins Glen and Hammondsport. Just a short drive away, you’ll find charming towns with a variety of shops and restaurants; wineries, distilleries, and breweries; amazing hiking trails and waterfalls; farm markets; and activities for all ages.
