Great little place close to everything.

The Host was very responsive to our needs and questions. The house was immaculate and well maintained inside. It is very convenient to the falls by car. While close to the falls it would not be a comfortable walk to the State Park.

I rated this property as a four star simply due to the surrounding neighborhood. This area may not suit everyone but we did look and find that the area is safe, just has high poverty. This is located a mile from the Niagara Falls.
The place was very clean and spacious, amenities were as listed, host was great at communication, cleaning up expectations were very minimal and as I normally expect. Cost was very affordable and allowed a family of five plenty of space to sleep without feeling overcrowded versus staying in a hotel.
I would recommend this place for others to stay.
