About this apartment rental

Cozy & fully furnished ground floor condo has a private outdoor patio and comes with all of the modern amenities you’ll need. It is located on the edge of Uptown Charlotte on Queen's Rd, is a short walk to restaurants & shops in Elizabeth, the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, is convenient to Myers Park & Dilworth, and is located within +/- a mile between Novant's Presbyterian Medical Center and Atrium's Carolina's Medical Center.
The space
The condo is on the ground floor with easy access to designated parking & the swimming pool.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy use of the entire condo; all bedrooms, closets, etc. as well as the swimming pool during warm months. 2 bicycles are provided so you can explore the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods, restaurants, bars & shops if you choose.
